   excellently built piece of equipment

   Received my iQuatics Aqualumi T5 controller today and was pleasantly surprised how well packaged everything was, including the delicate tubes. After unpacking everything it soon became apparent this is not the usual run of the mill ‘rubbish’ you buy in most pet shops, it is an excellently built piece of equipment and very safety conscious to boot with watertight rubber seals on all the connections. After rigging everything up I can barely believe the difference in my tanks, they’ve never looked so good with an abundance of stunning colours that simply weren’t there before. I would recommend this set-up to anyone and also think the two plug set-up is a great idea and so handy for separate timers. Thanks guys, excellent service.

   great unit

   Great customer service, I received my t5 controller the next day it arrived in excellent condition due to the strong packaging. The unit itself is excellent quality and easy to set up being able to mount the unit on the wall above and behind the aquarium is ideal as it keeps any water well clear of the main electrics, also the double plug is brilliant to set lights on different timers. I would definitely recommend this unit 10/10

   Another brilliant iQuatics product

   I had bought two of the 6 bulb T5 controller previously for an 8ft tank and they are brilliant. When I found out that there was a deal on these I decided immediately to get one for our 4ft tank as well.

   The unit is great and very easy to assemble and use. All the parts are good quality and iQuatics (as usual) had the order with us the next day despite the postage stating 3-5 days.

   The bulbs are very good and really enhance the tank. I thought our old bulbs made the tank look good but these are a new level entirely.

   If I had to find a flaw I would say that the mounting bracket is a bit of a pain as unless you get the screws to sit perfectly flush in the back of the bracket it is a nightmare to get the unit to clip onto the bracket. This is a very minor niggle though

   Best money Spent

   I live chatted on the iquatics website and asked for advise. They rang me to talk me through a few things and I ordered a 4x54w lighting controller kit. Well honestly its the best money I have ever spent!!
   My hammers have opened about one third more and my anemone has almost doubled in size. Amazing advice so pleased.
   I would recommend this set up to everyone with just LED’s
   Once again these guys have out done themselves.

   I really like this…

   I have just installed an in wall aquarium and have been trying to figure our for ages, what lights to use. I was going to go for LEDs, However the tank is 600mm deep, so I was concerned that they would not penetrate.

   After finding these, I called iQuatics and talked about what bulbs to use.
   I went for two tropical & and Blue and a Purple.
   These are on timers, Tropical for Day, both for early evening and then Blue/Purple late evening.
   Works great, really high quality stuff, would recommend

   4 x 54w T5. Superb Value!

   Got this for a custom tank, with the loose tubes to fit in the hood. As a tropical tank with 24“ water depth, I am using three tropical and a 50:50 blue bulb for light penetration at depth. Still early days, but can vouch for effectiveness of the tropical tubes on my other tank: As soon as I replaced old T8s with IQuatics T5s the plants growth rate exploded! Plants near the bottom grew anew. Quality of the unit is excellent with aluminium housing and added feature of separate conrol of each pair of lights. Highly recommend.

   Ordered it and came the next day, great looking bit of kit and packaged up well for the transport. Was missing one set of clips for one of the tubes, but a phone call and they sent them out asap, helpful staff with any advice, quick to send your items, good looking kit. Would gladly recommend them to anyone

    54w controller kit x4

    I ordered this 2 bulb full kit in the afternoon, thought i had ordered the wrong length tubes, emailed to change it after office hours, the following morning i phoned iquatics to confirm the change, the brilliantly helpful girl on the phone (sorry i cant remember her name) sorted it out and i even changed the 2 bulb system up to a 4 bulb system, that was no problem to her either. The following day it arrived on time with a text to let me know when it was arriving. Proffessionally packed in perfect condition. I put it all together and its the bees knees, brilliantly bright, solidly built top quality. Glad i called and purchased this system. If i had to give a negative, it would be theres a lot of cables lol. Two blue plus, one purple and a 50/50 blue /white tube and the ultra bright colour is fantastic! Price is hot too!

    Great product and saved me a load of money from buying a hybrid unit. Only problem is the courier that was used as they only delivered the the ballast I then had to go and collect the T5 tubes from the depot. I did try to contact IQuatics via chat but to no response
