Due to the nature of the products that we manufacture our delivery methods have to be selected carefully to prevent damage in the post. Here are some of the methods we use:
Please Note – All iQuatics orders require a signature on delivery, if any leave safe or deliver to neighbor requests are made to iQuatics or our couriers directly, these are at the customer’s risk, iQuatics nor our couriers can accept responsibility for items that are left safe and go missing. We would always advise giving a signature on delivery.

International
European delivery options will display at the checkout stage of your order process, if your county is not listed or email for pricing is shown please contact us – sales@iquaticsonline.co.uk and we will be happy to provide a quote.
Please note, that we are unable to insure glass items for international delivery, any orders of T5 tubes internationally, in the unlikely event of damage in transit we can only offer a credit note on the T5s to be sent with a future order, we can not refund/replace and postage costs are non-refundable.
All iQuatics products carry a return-to-base warranty, should you need to return an item it will need to be returned to the UK, please only purchase items if you agree to these conditions.
