Using an iQuatics Reflector alongside your fluorescent T5 or T8 tubes can increase the output by up to 100%, thus making your fluorescents more efficient without increasing the power consumption.
They are good for anti-glare protection when you’re doing maintenance or during feeding.
When you are running your fluorescent lights without the use of reflectors the light emitted is multi directional from the bulb.The addition of the iQuatics Reflector behind the tube will direct the light back down towards your aquarium thus maximising the efficiency of the tube.

I purchased these reflectors to fit my jewel aquarium ,the lighting was getting very poor ,i had previously purchased jewels own reflectors which were fine when new ,but the salt water quickly sorted them out and it got that they wouldn’t clean up,I had a pair of tubes already so when the reflectors arrived I fitted tubes and reflectors and was blown away at the difference,and with them being of the material they are they wont rot and they have the added advantage of being able to change the reflective strip at a fraction of the cost .Absolutely excellent.
I had purchased a pair of tubes with reflectors all iQuatics a month earlier for my Vision180 tank and the difference in the lighting intensity between them and the jewel make is truly outstanding I will never go back to jewel lighting tubes or reflectors and I can recommend iQuatics lighting goods to anyone.

Excellent Alluminium Reflector.
This reflector is as good as Iquatics claim. It fits onto my 24″ long 1″ diameter fluorescent tube with ease, using the clips supplied (There are two more clips supplied for smaller diameter tubes). I got two of these reflectors for less than the cost of one alternative reflectors available!
Most importantly, it does the job intended, excellently.
I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in recommending this, in my opinion, superb reflector.

Effective Lighting
Changed aquariums recently, the installed strip lighting was effective but could have been better, as I was planing to plant the aquarium and some of the plants need lots of light I decided to purchase these reflectors. Easy to fit and very effective.

I needed some reflectors for my new tank set up. I Did not want to pay manufacturers prices. Found this website from some research. Sold in Pairs which was a bonus considering the pair were nearly the same price as one from the manufacturer.
Wasn’t sure what to expect at that price.
Product is well made with a really solid feel does not twist and flex as I expected it would, gives a quality feel. The reflective underside has a peel able protective film on it so take it off at last minute, comes supplied with clips to attach directly over the your tubes, you have clips for T5 and T8 sizes simple fit, nice matt painted finish to tops so if you have exposed lighting on your tank they will look good some detailing in the moulding and each has a log built into it.
Good quality finish and design with a good price.
