Product Description
The latest retrofit addition to our T5 aquarium lighting system range sees iQuatics raise the bar once again.
You no longer need to settle for any lighting restrictions on your marine or tropical setups with the introduction of our new, space-saving AquaLumi Universal T5 Lighting Bar.
A selection of tubes will be sent from our range of 28w 590mm/24″ T5 fluorescent tubes.
This unit is compatible with the following aquariums:
- Fluval® Vicenza 180
The AquaLumi Universal can be used as a direct replacement for your Fluval® T5 lighting system. The telescopic feature means it can be used with almost any aquarium.
- Allows the option for industry-leading iQuatics reflectors to be easily attached
- Manufactured here in the UK to guarantee handcrafted accuracy and reliability.
- Easy-to-use, low-maintenance design.
NB. The iQuatics Universal is slightly narrower than the Fluval light bar. The flaps on your current Fluval® tank will fit into this system however please note that there will be a slight gap (10mm) at the rear of the aquarium. If you wish to completely recover the aquarium you will need to add a flap set from the drop-down, we will send a flap set compatible with the universal for full coverage.

Excellent quality light unit, compatible flap set and reflectors.
The light unit is actually the 80cm universal AquaLumi and comes complete with 2x T5 fluorescent tubes of your choice, selected during order process. The light unit is extendable but only needs to be extended by around 5mm at both ends to fit my Fluval Vicenza 180 so the hood is virtually fully covered once the hood flaps are fitted.
When adding flap set and reflectors during the order process, you get both at a discounted price, which is an added bonus.
Also, free shipping, and my order arrived the next morning, less than 24 hours after placing the order. Not sure if this is normal but exceeded my expectations.
The only negative is that I wish I had discovered this company sooner.

After the initial problems, with the clips not securing the reflectors to the light tubes. The replacement clips did the trick and am I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with my iQuatics, ‘Fluval compatible light unit and flap set.
The aquarium is so much brighter and now encompasses the ends of tank, which the Fluval set up did not. I am pleased that I made the change.
